Kling 4.0 is Kling AI’s video model for turning prompts and visual references into moving scenes. It introduces more detailed reference controls, longer clips and tools for shaping the order of a story.
Think of it as a way to sketch a shot with words and pictures. You describe what should happen, review the result and refine the parts that need more direction.

Is Kling4.tv the official Kling AI website?
No. Kling4.tv is an independent site for model information, tutorials and a planned Kling creation workspace. The model is developed by Kling AI, part of Kuaishou.
Can I use Kling 4.0 here right now?
Kling 4.0 generation is not enabled on Kling4.tv yet. The initial connection is planned for KIE’s Kling 3.0 API. Generation is available only when the connected model and account services are enabled.
Is generation free?
An allowance and usage limits have not been announced. Payments are not enabled for this release. We do not promise unlimited free generation.
