The final terms must describe the service operator, eligibility, generation limits, model availability, acceptable use and relevant provider conditions.
Content and permissions
Define the responsibilities for uploaded content, generated outputs, intellectual property, public sharing and rights requests based on the actual service.
Accounts and service changes
Complete account rules, suspension, dispute handling, liability, support contact and applicable law before launch. Payment and refund terms belong to the later payment release.
